Monarch believes that detailed engineering is a crucial phase in any engineering project and that it precedes the project execution stage. This is where the comprehensive specifications of every aspect of the project are designed and documented.


Monarch’s design studios take a vetted feasibility concept or Detailed Project Report (DPR) and turn it into 100% 'Good-for-Construction' (GFC) drawings, quantities, and specifications. Architects, structural and bridge engineers, highway geometers, rail system specialists, and BIM modelers collaborate within a unified digital environment, resolving conflicts and integrating schedule and cost data to ensure contractors can price and begin construction from day one.

A single CDE (Common Data Environment) links survey, geotech and BIM models with discipline-specific design tools. Automated clash detection flags conflicts early; design changes cascade through quantities and schedules overnight; and cloud dashboards let clients review 2-D drawings or 3-D/4-D models from any device. Every output follows the latest IRC, IS, IRS or Eurocode provisions and is proof-checked internally before authority submission.
