Detailed Project Report (DPR) Services

A DPR is the bridge between a promising feasibility study and a contract ready for bidding. Monarch’s multi-disciplinary teams package LiDAR/DGPS topography, traffic demand, geotechnical data, preliminary designs, phasing, cost estimates, and funding models into one authority-ready document.

Monarch provides end-to-end consultancy services for the preparation of DPRs and Feasibility Reports across a wide range of infrastructure projects, including Railway lines, Roadways, Greenfield alignments, Capacity augmentation, Irrigation systems, Expressways, National and state highways, Vehicular underpasses (VUPs), Road Over Bridges (ROBs), Creek bridges, Ring roads, Arterial corridors, and Urban tunnel projects.


Each project begins with exhaustive surveys such as inventory surveys, topographic and geotechnical investigations, traffic surveys (classified volume, O-D, TMC), capacity studies, and condition assessments. Using this data, we carry out detailed technical feasibility studies, alignment optimization, geometric design, and traffic forecasting. Simultaneously, we perform an economic feasibility analysis that includes Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA), EIRR/IRR calculations, and phasing strategies.


Every chapter is traceable to field-verified data and current IRC / MoRTH / IRS codes, giving decision-makers the clarity and confidence to move straight to procurement.

  • Revas – Reddi Coastal Highway, Package 1 – 182 km corridor; DPR submitted to MSRDC in September 2023 and now under Government of Maharashtra review.

  • Nagpur – Gondia Expressway, Package I – 145 km access-controlled corridor; DPR completed in February 2024, land acquisition under way.
