Our Inspection & Assessment group verifies that finished works and the assets inherited remain safe, serviceable, and compliant. A typical mandate covers visual and 360 photo walk downs, drone-/LiDAR based geometry capture, mobile mapping of pavements and rails, non-destructive testing (hammer, UPV, rebound), load-proof or static tests, road-safety audits at all five RSA stages, and structural‐health dashboards.
We also address actionable repair and rehabilitation bills of quantities. Reports integrate defect tagging, prioritized risk matrices, and costed intervention plans, keeping owners ahead of failures and litigation.
