Our engineering survey service captures every physical and environmental detail a project team needs before breaking ground. Monarch owns various survey hardware, such as multiple GEDO trolleys, MX-9 vans, fixed wing LiDAR rigs, drone fleets, and a dedicated CORS hub. Our experienced crew can be mobilized within days, not weeks. Moreover, multidisciplinary analysts work closely with surveyors to ensure that QC loops (dual pass LiDAR, closed traverses, independent check shots) are delivered properly. Our systems deliver ± 3 cm vertical accuracy even under dense canopy and foliage. As a result, design engineers and contractors trust that the 'as designed' documentation accurately reflects what is built, thus saving time and money throughout the project lifecycle."


We establish high accuracy control, map terrain and built assets, record utilities, traffic, and cadastral boundaries. Then we hand over DEM/DTM surfaces, plan-profiles, 3-D CAD, GIS, and BIM layers. These unified datasets feed alignment optimization, earthwork volumes, safety audits, and digital twin dashboards removing guesswork and costly rework throughout the project lifecycle.
