His core competency is converting preliminary alignment data into commercially viable proposals. Mr. Kokare has secured key contracts with MSRDC, CIDCO, and other state agencies. He has led several UDHRP-compliant corridor and land-acquisition assignments that expanded Monarch’s national portfolio.
