Mr. Sunil Kondaji Kokare serves as Business Director at Monarch Consultants. He brings more than 30 years of experience in survey-based infrastructure planning and bid development. His core competency is converting preliminary alignment data into commercially viable proposals. Mr. Kokare has secured key contracts with MSRDC, CIDCO, and other state agencies. He has led several UDHRP-compliant corridor and land-acquisition assignments that expanded Monarch’s national portfolio.
