Web and GIS Portal Development

There are times when clients need information on their fingertips. Monarch dashboards turn raw survey data into actionable insights. We build web portals and mobiles apps for clients to access detailed survey data in real-time along with analytics and reports.

Monarch’s web portals allow accurate spatial and project data to be accessed from anywhere and anytime, thereby accelerating decision-making, boosting transparency, and cutting a lot of paperwork.


Our in-house software unit builds secure, map centric portals that let agencies and citizens search parcels, track land acquisition notices, monitor construction progress or order surveys all from any device. A typical assignment covers UX wire-framing, PostgreSQL/PostGIS schema design, Python (Flask/Django) or Node back-end APIs, tiled or streaming basemaps, role-based log-ins, analytics widgets and mobile-friendly pages. Portals are fed by LiDAR point-clouds, drone orthophotos, revenue records and IoT feeds, then deployed on SSL hardened Linux or cloud servers with full audit trails and access controls.
