Monarch’s services support advanced planning, design, and analysis across infrastructure and urban sectors. Using LiDAR, photogrammetry, UAV surveys, and satellite data, we generate high-resolution DEMs and DTMs for accurate representation of ground surfaces and elevation profiles.

Our 3D modeling services encompass terrain features, road networks, buildings, bridges, and utility infrastructure, enabling precise visualization and scenario analysis. These models are widely used in flood simulation, cut-and-fill analysis, line-of-sight planning, and BIM integration.
We also offer advanced 3D modeling services for buildings, focusing on both interior design and exterior architectural planning. Using industry leading software like Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and 3D Max, we create highly detailed and realistic models that reflect architectural intent, material finishes, lighting, and spatial layouts. We create a virtual replica of a physical infrastructure asset, such as a bridge, building, or road, used to simulate, analyze, and optimize its performance throughout its lifecycle.
Our interior modeling captures furniture placement, wall textures, color schemes, and lighting to aid in design decisions and enhance client visualization. For exteriors, we model structural elements, facades, landscaping, and surrounding context to support planning approvals and refine the design.

North Western Railway, Jaipur Division – Drone + Terrestrial LiDAR and 360° imagery used to create bridge digital twins; clearance envelope analytics and sag-deflection trends accepted by the divisional engineer without revision.
Varanasi & Izzatnagar Bridge Inspection Programme (PWD) – GEDO trolley LiDAR, SX-12 scans and web-based twin dashboards delivered for two major river bridges; enabled remote condition scoring and prioritized maintenance funding.
MSRDC Mumbai–Nagpur Expressway O&M Suite – Corridor-wide drone LiDAR and asset inventory integrated into a live 3-D twin; web portal supports vegetation alerts, pavement distress logging and contractor performance KPIs.
These 3D models are ideal for virtual walkthroughs, VR integration, Building Information Modeling (BIM) coordination, efficient execution of architectural projects, and comprehensive lifecycle management.
