Monarch was appointed by PMRDA for the preparation of the Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the 128 km long, 8 Lane (4+4) Ring Road around Pune City. The project, executed between July 2017 and March 2018, aimed to decongest urban traffic and improve regional connectivity.
