Monarch provided consultancy services for conducting surveys, Social Impact Assessment (SIA), and preparation of the Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) for the 760 km long Varanasi–Howrah High Speed Rail Corridor executed for NHSRCL from June 2021 to March 2024. The project aimed at facilitating inclusive and sustainable land acquisition and rehabilitation.
